This tag is about Trevor my husband
What is his name? Trevor McClain Griffitts
How long have you been married? 6 years last August
How long did you date? Engaged in 2 and married 5 months after that
How old is he? 27...almost 28 on December 17th
Who eats more? When Trevor actually sits down to eat he does but because he is so busyhe forgets to eat so I probably eat more than him in a day if you added it all up.
Who said I love you first? Trevor and then he proposed!
Who is taller? Trevor and it is a good thing. I always had a hard time dating guys shorter than me.
Who sings better? Trevor! He has a great base voice and a mom who taught him how to use it.
Who is smarter? I know that Trevor would say me but we are smarter in different areas. I am more book smart but he remembers things WAY better than I do.
Whose temper is worse? Mine. But neither one of us really has much of a temper.
Who does the laundry? I do always...but Trevor is really helpful when he is home on break and he does some. He gets it from his dad who has an obsession with the washing machine and the dish washer.
Who does the dishes? I do it all except he usually put the dinner dishes in the dishwasher.
Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? What is the right side? If you stand at the bottom of the bed and are looking at the bed then I am on the right side and I HAVE to be on that side.
Who pays the bills? Me...Trevor wanted to do it but I am too much of a control freak.
Who mows the lawn? Someday when we have a lawn I am pretty sure that Trevor will either pay someone to mow the lawn or have on of our kids do it. We have never lived anywhere with a lawn.
Who cooks dinner? Me, Trevor only does pancakes. He called me once to ask how to make tomoto soup!!!
Who drives when you are together? Trevor, if I ask he will let me drive but he feels like it is a mans job to drive the car.
Who is more stubborn? ME. It can be a pretty big fault of mine, but Trevor is very patient.
Who is the first to admit when they are wrong? Trevor...goes along with how stubborn I am.
Whose parents do you see the most? Trevor's. We lived with them for almost two years and his dad travels out here on buisness.
Who proposed? Trevor
Who has more friends? Me. Trevor moved alot as a kid so he does not have a lot of friends from high school.
Who has more siblings? It's a tie. We both have three sisters.
Who wears the pants in the family? We both do. I make a lot of the decisions because I have more of an opinion and I know more about what our girls are in to but I always consult with him first and if he ever has an opinion we go with it.

Thanks Aunt Karina
This week we got a package from Aunt Karina. She sent the girls some new clothes. Unfortunately the clothes she sent from Emma did not fit, so here is what we got for her instead. We also got another pair of jeans.
For some reason Emma can't take a normal picture when you tell her to smile but she is still cute.
Abby was less than cooperative. She would NOT change her shirt to the one that Karina sent her. I think that I need to hide that shirt because she want to wear it all the time. The pants are way cute...this picture does not do them justice. Thanks Karina, we love you so much.
Picture Perfect Sisters
I finally gave in and took my kids to Kiddie Kandids. I have not had their pictures taken together since Grandpa Griffitts gave us pictures as a Christmas present two years ago so I figured that they were due. I now know why people go there. The photographer was GREAT with my girls and the pictures turned out pretty close to perfect. I will let them speak for themselves.

Classic Emma
Tuesday the weather was a little warmer so we decided to take advantage of it and go outside. I was already out with Abby when Emma came out in this. It is a blurry picture but you get the idea. It was such a perfect Emma moment that I had to take a picture. The dress up dress has seen better days and actually today it made its way into the trash. I am a little nervous about how she will take it but at least she has her Snow White dress from Halloween. I just love the combination of shorts (it was not THAT warm), the ratty dress up dress, Cinderella headband, baseball bat, and the bad posture that sadly she inherited from her mom. I love my Emma!
A visit from Flat Stanley
Emma had Monday off from school to celebrate Veterans Day. We decided to take Flat Stanley to the Zoo. For those of you who don't know who Flat Stanley is here is a short explanation. He is a character in a children's book who gets smashed flat. He discovers that he can be mailed to different places to go on vacation. Emma's cousin McKenna's first grade class in Florida is sending Flat Stanley all over the countryand then when he get sent back they get to learn all about all the places Stanley got to visit. We decided to take him to America's first zoo.
Emma holing Flat Stanley under the sign at the entrance to the zoo. It was a little chilly but not too bad and we practically had the zoo to ourselves.
This is Emma standing in front of a Puma. We were pretty excited to see this one so close because usually when we go to the zoo they are sitting up high on the rocks.
Here's the group. Abby, Harper, Zea, Nevaeh, Emma, and Taft. Thanks for a fun day guys!
I Love New York
Last week I went with some friends to New York. I don't know what it is about that city but I had a great time. It is probably because whenever I go there all I do is eat...really that is about all we did. We walked around and sampled A LOT of the food that New York has to offer.
Robyn, Angie, Alyss and me in the car before we set off for the big Apple.
This is where we had lunch. It was really tasty pizza. They don't let you order by the slice you have to order the whole "pie". I wish that I had a picture of the bakery that we went to after lunch. They had lots of yummy pastries.
We had dinner from a cart vendor on one of the street corners. I have always been a little hesitant to buy from these carts but the gyros were really yummy.
Robyn, Alyssa, Teri and Angie. These are the girls that I saw Mary Poppins with. The show was great. There was enough of the original story with a fun twist. It was well worth the trip.
Thanks girls for a great day!

Halloween Fun!
Everyone who knows me knows that Halloween is not my favorite holiday but this year it was really fun. We had lots of parties to keep us busy and keep the girls on a sugar high (they came down from that high today and it was a little rough but we survived).
Here are the girls with their loot. We went trick or treating with our friends the Johnstons. They live in a really great neighborhood that really gets into Halloween as you can tell from the full to the brim buckets. By the end they we so full that pieces would fall out as they walked leaving a trail of treats behind them. Emma was totally into the trick or treating and Abby caught on quick. Emma kept asking if she could have more than one and the sweet old ladies told her that she could have as much as she wanted, not the smartest thing to say to Emma but still sweet.
Here are the girls eating their candy.
This is a picture of play group this week. Our awesome friend Sarah offered to host a Halloween party. Her house was full to the brim with kids and moms. There was coloring, crafts, food and Abby's favorite............
SUGAR COOKIES!
I thought that Emma made a great Snow White.
The cutest Cinderella ever!
I am not sure why my kids always pick the powdered donuts. It can't feel good to inhale powdered sugar. They sure did have a great time.
Emma is a a great donut on a string eater. She won her group for the second year in a row. She did not touch the donut at all with her hands.
This is Emma at her Halloween parade at school. The Kindergartners got to march right behind the drum line and it was so fun to watch them march around to the beat of the drums. We had a great time this year and want to say thank you to all the people who were a part of it.
